How to switch between TRIOS Care and TRIOS Only

Converting from TRIOS Care to TRIOS Only

• 1 year of TRIOS Care is included with scanner purchase for all new customers
• If you would like to switch to TRIOS Only directly after the free TRIOS Care period, you can make a request within the last 90 days of your first year (i.e., 9 months after your scanner purchase date) by contacting your reseller or 3Shape support directly. After the free period, you can request a TRIOS Only downgrade at any time, which will be activated when your current TRIOS Care contract period is over.
• The conversion is free of charge. Please be aware that if you are on a monthly payment plan when you request conversion from TRIOS Care to TRIOS Only, you still need to pay for the remaining months of your current contract.

Converting from TRIOS Only to TRIOS Care

• You can always switch to TRIOS Care at any time with no additional cost other than the price of TRIOS Care. To do so, please contact your reseller or 3Shape support directly
