Introduction

This guide explains how to cancel your Dx Plus free trial or paid subscription. Timely cancellation helps avoid unwanted charges and ensures you retain access to your case data.

Prerequisites

Before you Cancel

Before proceeding with a cancellation, be mindful of:

  • Cancellation timing: We must receive your request at least 48 hours before your renewal date to ensure it’s processed in time.
  • Data retention: Your cases will remain on your account unless you uninstall the software. However, without active licenses, you won’t be able to work on them.
  • Need help? If you're experiencing issues, our support team may be able to help you without needing to cancel.
  • Alternatives: If you’d prefer to change your billing frequency (e. g. to pay monthly instead of yearly) instead of canceling, please reach out to support.

Cancelling a Free Trial or a Paid Subscription

Step 1: Log in to your account. Visit the 3Shape Webshop and sign in using your credentials.

Step 2: Go to your Products. Navigate to “My Account” in the top right corner and select “Products” 

Step 3: Open the product menu. Click the three-dot menu next to the product you want to cancel. 

Step 4: Confirm cancellation. Follow the on-screen steps. A confirmation message will appear, and your subscription overview will reflect the cancellation. Allow a few minutes for processing.

IMPORTANT: Cancel at least 48 hours before your trial ends to avoid being charged.

 

NOTE: Ensure you receive confirmation of cancellation within 1 business day. If not, contact support immediately.
