Change Payment Information

Introduction

This article explains how to add, edit, or remove payment information for your Dx Plus subscription using the 3Shape Webshop platform.

Prerequisites

• Access to 3Shape Webshop
• A valid payment method (credit card, SEPA, or BACS depending on your region)

Credit Card Payments

To add a Credit Card:

Step 1: Go to your profile on the Webshop platform

Step 2: Select Add a new card at the bottom of the profile page.

Step 3: Enter the required details

Step 4: To set the card as your primary payment method 

• Select Set card as primary when entering your details, or
• Select the three dots next to the card and choose Set card as primary.

To Edit a Credit Card

Only the Card name can be edited after the card is added. 

To Delete a Credit Card

A payment method cannot be deleted while there is an active subscription or trial, however it can be replaced. If you would like to remove all the payment methods, the subscriptions need to be cancelled first - please contact support.

If you have an active subscription:

Step 1: Add a new payment method and choose this method as preferred.

Step 2: Now you can remove the previous payment method by clicking three dots and selecting Delete card.

If you don't have any active subscriptions:

Step 1: Click the three dots next to the card.

Step 2: Select Delete card.

SEPA Payments (Spain, Italy, France, and Germany)

Step 1: Go to your Profile in the Webshop

Step 2: Select the SEPA payment option.

Step 3: Enter the following details:

• Account holder name
• IBAN

BACS Payments (UK only)

Step 1: Go to your Profile on the Webshop

Step 2: Select the BACS-Direct Debit payment option

Step 3: Enter your bank credentials

Step 4: Authorize the regular charge
