3Shape Account: Your single sign-in to everything 3Shape – required for future upgrades to the latest versions of Unite.

From this autumn, it will be no longer possible to update your software without a central 3Shape Account. You did create one, which is great – we'd like to remind you to use it in the light of the upcoming 3Shape Unite software update.

What is 3Shape Account?

Back in the days, we used to have your data stored in different places for different products. This is no longer the case: 3Shape Communicate, 3Shape ID and any other logins you might have, are now merged into 3Shape Account, and provide you the key to working with all 3Shape products and services.

What do I need to do?

You need to ensure you can login to your 3Shape Account as soon as possible, in order to be ready for the Unite software upgrade. If you don't remember your password, press 'Forgot my password' and follow the instructions you receive in your email.

Be aware: the admin for the 3Shape products in your business needs to ensure they are the first to log in and configure 3Shape Unite.

What happens if I don’t do it now?

Without a 3Shape Account, you will not be able to log into your software right after the update. Also, the data that you have entered in one place (for example in your subscriptions management), might not be synchronized in other software and services. This is not only inconvenient, it also makes you less flexible when using and switching between our products.

How many Accounts are needed?

Please note that the minimum requirement is that at least one 3Shape Account is created per clinic to sign into your Unite systems. You can always add and remove 3Shape Account users to your clinic’s Company.
